Our monthly meeting starts with a discussion led by Bruce about what roses did especially well this year. Then Ava will show us how to do hardwood cuttings.

Next meeting on the 15th all about the Rose Show. Learn how to exhibit your garden roses for the show. Bring a few blooms and we’ll guide you in the process!

May 18th: Our most important topic will be the schedule for the Rose show in June. Bruce and Jo will go over transporting your roses and how you can volunteer.

The April Meeting on the 20th has speaker Carol Newcomb from Spokane’s Rosarium Garden Center. She will speak to us about detailed fertilizing for great roses.

Is your garden soil healthy and ready for a great growing year? Is your soil living ? To answer these questions and more. Bruce & Ava will dive into the dirt.

This month Ava will talk about rose selections for 2023, both new & old. We’ll review some tried & true ones that are available to start your collection.

On Thursday, November 17th at 6.30 pm we’ll be having our annual in-person Rose Auction at Gloria Dei Church on S 19th Street across from Allenmore Hospital.
