Queen’s Herald February 2024

We will start our September meeting at 7pm with, what has become a tradition, a
discussion about what roses did well for you in 2024. We count on everyone participating so that we get to consider as many roses as possible.

On Thursday, November 17th at 6.30 pm we’ll be having our annual in-person Rose Auction at Gloria Dei Church on S 19th Street across from Allenmore Hospital.

Our program will be about fertilizer, presented by John. What our roses need, what kind to use, plus how and when to apply it.

Our hands-on program will be focused on building the components of a basic
drip irrigation system to improve the hydration of your rose garden.

The 2026 Tacoma Rose Show was a beautiful rose and rose lovers filled event! The
UPS Rotunda continues to be a beautiful place to showcase everyone’s roses! One
person signed our Guest Book and stated, “Just happy to be here!” I believe many of
us agree with that statement !!!
