Our Annual Banquet will be held on Saturday January 24, in our new location. After a potluck dinner we will have the installation of TRS officers. Our program will take us to the World Federation of Roses in Japan
last May.

John will talk about what kind of fertilizer is best for our roses and other amendments we can add like alfalfa. See more about alfalfa in the Pg 2 Q&A.

Our program is about spring pruning and planting roses. This should get us ready for the “hands on” pruning at the Pt. Defiance Rose Garden on March 7th.

The March program will focus on planting, including containers, and a
review of spring fertilization. Share your methods with us so we can all learn more.

The June TRS Meeting will be “all about the rose show”: prepping your entries, watering, entry tags, class rules, staging, table locations, judging, & more.

On Thursday, November 17th at 6.30 pm we’ll be having our annual in-person Rose Auction at Gloria Dei Church on S 19th Street across from Allenmore Hospital.
