Our Annual Banquet will be held on Saturday January 24, in our new location. After a potluck dinner we will have the installation of TRS officers. Our program will take us to the World Federation of Roses in Japan
last May.

Thursday, November 20, is our annual Rose Auction, the major fund raising event of the year, and starts at 6:00 PM. RIR is donating roses and members are bringing more from their own gardens – so we expect bidders to have a lot of choices.

This month we’ll be “treated” to a presentation by John – full of “tips” on how to get our roses and rose gardens ready for the fall and winter.

We’ll start our 9/18 meeting at 7PM with a Clinic by Bruce about what to do in your rose garden in early Fall.

Rotunda continues to be a beautiful place to showcase everyone’s roses.

Our hands-on program will be focused on building the components of a basic
drip irrigation system to improve the hydration of your rose garden.

We will discuss and answer questions about your Rose Show entries: Horticulture, Arrangement, Photography, Entry tags, Class locations, & the Show schedule.

Jo will be our featured speaker in April. to discuss the Arrangement Division in our 2025 Rose Show with a full color slide presentation of rose arrangements.

John will talk about what kind of fertilizer is best for our roses and other amendments we can add like alfalfa. See more about alfalfa in the Pg 2 Q&A.
