Queen’s Herald February 2023

Our September Zoom Meeting will start on Thursday, Sept. 15th with our chat at 6:30 pm. The program will begin with Bruce’s Clinic at 7 pm.

Our monthly meeting starts with a discussion led by Bruce about what roses did especially well this year. Then Ava will show us how to do hardwood cuttings.

On Thursday, November 17th at 6.30 pm we’ll be having our annual in-person Rose Auction at Gloria Dei Church on S 19th Street across from Allenmore Hospital.

Thursday, November 20, is our annual Rose Auction, the major fund raising event of the year, and starts at 6:00 PM. RIR is donating roses and members are bringing more from their own gardens – so we expect bidders to have a lot of choices.

Our Zoom meeting this month will include a program by John about propagating roses. Plus our rose sale on the 21st – and the June 25th Rose Show.
